This luxury 4th floor condo has been completely renovated and remodeled as of March 2025, with brand new flooring, paint, plumbing, windows/doors, kitchen, bathrooms, and virtually all furnishings. This condo offers a beautiful view of the ocean, courtyard, and pool from its kitchen, living area, and private balcony. The table on the balcony seats six and is shaded from the sun for the majority of the day. The living room has plenty of seating for the whole family featuring an “L-shaped” couch and two rocker/swivel/reclining chairs. The dining room table comfortably seats 5, with counter seating for an additional 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new cookware, a Keurig and drip coffee pot, toaster, blender, and hand mixer. There is a full-size washer/dryer just off the kitchen. Enjoy the captivating sunrise from your master bedroom with access to the private balcony. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed with pocket door access to a full bathroom, which includes a tub/shower. The smaller third bedroom has two twin bunk beds (4 twin beds). Please be advised, for safety reasons we ask that no one over 120 pounds climbs on the top bunk.

This condo has private high-speed Wi-Fi and cable-tv with HBO. The living area and all three bedrooms have Smart TV’s that can support your Netflix, Prime, or any other streaming service you’d like access to.

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational activities in this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, hot tub, children's wading pool and playground, two tennis/pickleball courts, and a basketball hoop. Sporting equipment is available in the office during business hours. The indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, fitness center, and changing rooms.

The beautiful white sand beaches are a 3-5 minute walk across the spacious courtyard. The beaches are also accessible by car, with a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Don’t forget your beach towels and sunscreen!

Historic downtown Saint Augustine is a quick 15-minute drive, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, and fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!
