About this apartment rental
PLEASE BE ADVISED THE COLONY REEF CLUB PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM OCT 2025 – MAY 2026. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.
This 4th floor condo boasts a beautiful view of the courtyard, pool, and beach. The view continues into the spacious and beautifully decorated living room. There is plenty of seating for the whole family on the new couches and the large dining room table comfortably seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped for a stay of any length and comes with a drip coffee pot and a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a new king size bed and the recently renovated en suite bath has a beautiful walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed and there are two bunk bed style twin beds in the smaller, third bedroom also known as the “Crow’s Nest.” Please be advised, for safety reasons we ask that no one over 100 lbs go on the top bunks.
All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.
Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.
The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.
Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!
Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Great location and rental, clean and with a great view of the ocean.. Management was terrific. There was only one kitchen towel, but we needed at least three. It would have been better if there were a few food savers like tupperware to keep left overs.
