About this house rental
Peace and tranquility with the the best views you can imagine. Nightly sunset while sitting at the fire pit at the edge of land and water. A dock that you can hang out on or bring your own watercraft and dock it there during your stay. The Marina that has tons of great amenities is a 3 minute boat or car ride away but it’s tucked away as to not distract your view. They call this area big water and you can see why from the pictures. 2 small cities within 15 minutes that have all the things you need but you wouldn’t know it from the peaceful setting that this place gives you. That is why we call this it Hartwell Hideaway. Also includes a full walk out basement suite that comes with a full kitchen, dining room area big enough for your family, and a family room with a view. Washer and dryer for your convenience and some lake toys as well. Come see why this is our happy place.

This property was fabulous! Spacious, beautiful, great location, great host. Plenty of room for a big family. When you wanted to be together, there were plenty of options. But you could also enjoy your own space when you wanted. Views especially at sunset were stunning. I would highly recommend it and will seek an opportunity to come back.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Hartwell Hideaway. It is on one of the most beautiful lots on Lake Hartwell, unbelievable view, and gorgeous sunsets! The home was clean, well stocked, and just easy to stay in! The downstairs really functions as a separate residence if you need to work that way. My kids loved using the kayaks to paddle out to the island and explore. Located in a quiet Neighbourhood with very friendly neighbors. Wonderful family friendly getaway. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend anyone looking for a getaway on Lake Hartwell! The host is very easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating.

Six bedrooms worked for our family, plus 41/2 baths walkway to the lake is fabulous. Loved the 2 kitchens. All kids and grands loved it. Dock was great. Highly recommend.
