In Martillac, we offer you this charming single-storey 200 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a welcoming 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 2,500 m² garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 40 m² living room with sofas and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen/dining room with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob... A pleasant place to gather around a good meal!
- Bedroom 1: double bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
Additional equipment: barbecue, plancha (to be used outdoors only), washing machine, tumble dryer.
Exterior:
- A beautiful private garden (not enclosed) of 2,500 m².
The house is ideally located in Martillac, in a peaceful wooded setting. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
By appointment, group meals and wine tastings can be organised in the immediate vicinity.

- Visits to the vineyard and château. Wine tasting available on site
- Visits to many nearby châteaux
- Pessac Zoo 15 km away
