Renovated and refurbished former workshop on the outskirts of Bordeaux

Old workshop completely renovated and rehabilitated into a pleasant house in which you can share a pleasant stay with family or friends with a capacity of 4 to 8 people and an adapted rate.
Located in the heart of the charming village of Quinsac, you will find many local shops and will be 16 km from Bordeaux, 1 hour from the ocean beaches also close to renowned vineyards. You will be able to enjoy many cultural and sports activities.
You will have the entire accommodation with garden and picnic table located in a small area of the village with a large living room, storage cupboards, a large bathroom and a separate toilet on the first floor and three bedrooms upstairs, one of which is on the mezzanine.
You will also have direct access to the accommodation from the shared parking lot with the other accommodations in the district on which only one vehicle can park. Other guests must park their vehicles in the village square located 200 meters from the accommodation.
Sheets, towels and dish towels will be provided.
The studio adjoining the accommodations are reserved for us and will be likely to stay there during your stay.
A motorcycle garage can be made available to motorcyclists
