About this house rental
Just 20 minutes from Bordeaux and 3 minutes from the Caudalie springs, in the heart of the classified vineyards and surrounded by the most beautiful châteaux (Smith Haut-Lafitte, Larrivet Haut-Brion, La Louvière, Haut-Bailly, etc.), in a peaceful, lush setting where you’ll wake up to the sound of birdsong, our home is ideal for enjoying moments of rest and relaxation with family or friends.
New, air-conditioned 95 m² home with a garden featuring a 25 m² wooden deck and a barbecue.
You’ll find:
3 bedrooms (new bedding), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet upstairs.
On the first floor, a bright living room (with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests) with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle), a pantry with a washing machine, and a separate toilet.
Sheets and towels provided.
Wi-Fi / internet / TV access
Private parking for 2 vehicles.
Cot and high chair available
No pets allowed; non-smoking home.
Quiet neighborhood; family home; out of respect for the neighbors, no parties allowed.
A security deposit check for 500 euros will be required and returned at the end of your stay if the house is left in the same condition.
