The beautifully appointed, fully air conditioned, 2 bed/2 bath apartment is a 8 minute walk to the fantastic sandy beach 'Arenal', with loungers, parasols, children's play areas and a wide choices of cafes, cocktail bars and restaurants. There are also shops, bars and restaurants just outside the complex and a large supermarket a 5 minute walk away. No car is needed.
The apartment is suitable for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday but with all the amenities just a few minutes away.
This apartment has everything you need to make yourself comfortable including WIFI and Satellite TV, books and games. There is one queen bedroom, which has doors to the front terrace and an en-suite and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a second bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and plenty of storage. There is a well equipped kitchen and utility with washing machine. You can enjoy two outside spaces, a large sunny terrace for al fresco dining and sunbathing, which overlooks a boulevard with children's play area, and also a rear garden with a gate which leads directly to the pool, children's pool and gardens.
Plenty of parking is available nearby and a private underground space with a lift to the apartment. 1 1/2 hours from Alicante and Valencia airports, 30 minutes from Benidorm and its fabulous theme parks.
