About this house rental
Located in a quiet and serene area of the peninsula this beach house has a spectacular gulf view from the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom! Sleeping quarters include master bedroom with king size bed, guest room with queen bed and a bunk room with 1 full and 1 twin bed. For your convenience all beds are pre-made with linens provided for free! Beds for 7 people plus one ottoman cot that converts to a twin bed for the 8th person.
The master bedroom has a TV and built in DVD player. The house is also a split floor plan with bedrooms on each side of the house. The living room sports a big screen TV and streaming WIFI.. But the best part is the beachfront view! Watch the sun rise or sun set, see the ships travel on the Gulf and dolphins frolic in the water. A quick walk puts you on a secluded area of the beach with very little traffic. A six foot wide golf cart path makes getting to the beach quick and easy. The grill, built in picnic tables and outdoor shower downstairs make entertaining easy and enjoyable in any kind of weather. Plenty of parking for guests, boats and trailers. Large lawn for horseshoes and volleyball. Into birdwatching?? Because there is so much land and because Bolivar Peninsula is known for its bird migration, guests can sit on the deck and see many different kinds of birds including the Roseate Spoonbill. This was one of the best homes we've stayed in so far. Its clean, has extra blankets, but Bring your own spices, oil whatever you need to cook. Do not forget to bring everything for mosquitoes, they are very aggressive! Other than that enjoy the view, the beach and create awesome memories!

Always a pleasure! Lost count over the past 9 years but have stayed at this property at least 10 times -- both short weekend getaways and most recently Mon-Fri. House is always CLEAN with comfortable beds, great a/c, ceiling fans, kitchen with everything needed, washer/dryer and Roku TVs with all the streaming apps. But the best part is the deck with unobstructed beach view and private access to the beach via an adorable bridge that is a must for photos! (Golf carts cross with ease!) If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, enjoy a slice of serenity and perch on a deck with a beach breeze or barbecue & entertain below this is for you! This trip was only 2 people, but we've had as many as 6 adults and 3 children. Owner Margene is tried & true - never had a single issue and always appreciate how she seeks feedback and looks for ways to raise her already high bar. We've returned many times for a reason, and it's been a favorite getaway for years!
