We had a great time during our 4 night stay at Royal View. The beach is not crowed this time of year during the week and that is very relaxing for us. The home was clean and all utilities worked good. One exception, we discovered the ice maker was not operational. We made management aware of this. We had to drive back 7 miles to retrieve ice. The home did not ice trays available for use. We just needed immediate ice demands upon arrival.

Stay at Royal View was wonderful. Previously stayed here when it was Highview Lodge. Very nice remodel. Furniture updated and much lighter and brighter. Views are fantastic from the porch. Beach is steps away and at the quieter end of the peninsula. Will return.

We had the best family vacation here! The house is absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and spacious! The decor and attention to detail really makes you feel at home! And it is literally steps from the beach which made it super easy going back and forth with kids! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the ocean waves! It’s a quieter part of the beach which I loved! We stayed over 4th of July so the weekend the beach was busier as expected! And we got to see fireworks all up and down the beach from the comfort of our deck! It really was a great spot & a great stay! I definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful week at the Royal View Cabin. Everything was perfect and it is a great spot on the beachfront. We enjoyed being on the not so crowded end of Boliver. The weather was so nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. We will return.
