Location was great as was the house overall. Mattress in the master had a dip in it which was uncomfortable and unavoidable. Kitchen had all we needed and we loved the balcony. Cobb was super easy to deal with on check in/out.

This house is quite impressive. It was more than enough room for my family. The deck, however, was absolutely amazing! It was huge and had a great view of the water. It provided plenty of room in the sun and in the shade. I couldn’t have asked for more.

The house was just as in the photos. We had plenty of room for our group of 6. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was clean and comfortable. My only wish would be for more comfortable seating on the ground level, by the fire. Overall it was perfect for what I wanted!
