About this house rental
This home has a spectacular gulf view from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom! Sleeping quarters include master bedroom with king size bed - guest room with queen bed and a bunk room with 1 full/full bunk bed and one twin/twin bunk bed. For your convenience all beds are pre-made with linens provided for free. But the best part is the view! From the 3 decks you can watch the sun rise or sun set. In addition you will see the ships travel in the Gulf and the barges on the Inter-coastal canal. The grill, two built in picnic tables and bar downstairs make entertaining easy and enjoyable in any kind of weather. WiFi & ROKU are available. Great property in prime location to beach! As mentioned in the instructions, there is some movement that can be felt, especially when the winds kick up. The only thing I can think of to improve this house would be an elevator to get groceries and bags up and down:). We enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the short stay, but due to snow storm and travel advisories predicted we had to leave a day early. Not sure that we will be reimbursed one night's stay due to these circumstances beyond our control. We did notify the owner of our early departure and why, but did not receive assurances regarding reimbursement.
