We were in town for a concert at the Fraze, so we just needed a place to sleep for the night before heading home the next morning. We didn't have time to take advantage of the kichen or front porch. If we ever head that way again we'd definitely stay there.

It was a very charming two bedroom house just right for my husband and I and our son. It had ceiling fans in the bedrooms which was wonderful for us. The bathtub was a little high getting in since my husband walks with a cane, but he was able to get in it. The front closed in porch with a big comfortable chair was very cozy. The host was great in responding back with any questions that I had. They made our stay very comfortable and we will definitely go back again if we are in that area.. but to let others know that the driveway is very narrow, our CRV did fit, but It was a little tight getting out.

This two bed house was just what we needed for a weekend away with friends. The Air Force museum is only 11 minutes away and most conveniences are a short drive. A well supplied kitchen and dishwasher made meals easy. Clean and warm environment- thank you!

This is a very nice, comfortable property conveniently located near a drug store, places to eat, gas stations and places to enjoy walking. It’s a quiet neighborhood of comfortable homes with lots of great shade trees. The front porch is a nice place to sit at the end of a day. This property was perfectly clean and awaiting us. Beautifully decorated and with many amenities we were used to at home including the water cooler and handheld shower head. Beautiful screened in porch I spent many hours on the oversized chair. Can’t wait for a return trip to Dayton

We are a family of four and we’re just passing through Dayton on our way home from a family roadtrip. We drove 10+ hours and needed a place to rest our heads for the night. The house was perfect, comfy beds, cable, Netflix, and Amazon prime were all available on all TVs. Nice front four seasons porch and full back deck with very private yard. Quiet neighborhood. The house is an older home so it has the charm of an older home but the kitchen and bathroom have been updated nicely. Mike and Marissa were very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

I stayed here with a friend over night and i always when booking vrbos clean up in the morning to make the process less for cleaning Crew although i pay for cleaning services in the initial charge. The host lied and assumed that i had a party, there was throw up everywhere and smoking in the house, and a dent on the fridge i did not do!! Saying there was trash all on the back porch?? This was a complete lie to try to get money out of me! There was trash in the trash can out back from me taking out all the trash in the house so that cleaners wouldnt have to do it. I had a friendsgiving where a few of my friends came and we ate it was not a party at all trust me on that!! As for the puke im not sure who even did that and it was only a little in the bathroom but im being charged for vomit?? They blew my whole stay out of proportion and lied to get money out of me. HORRIBLE MANIPULATIVE HOST DONT STAY IF YOU CANT HANDLE TAKING CARE OF NASTY PEOPLE.

The property was such a pleasant surprise. The house has been totally updated with many extra touches. There is a Keurig coffee machine (with coffee) a water filtration system, and a lovely screened in porch. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen, though small, was very highly upgraded. The house was immaculate and the owners communicated extremely well. I would definitely stay there again.
