It was easy to get to the raceway for a baseball game that we were going to... But for the amount of money we paid it was pretty much a hole in the wall place and we wondered what we were pulling up to when we showed up... They were boards on the walls outside but it was super nice on the inside and had lots of extra features but not exactly what we expected.

This is a cute apartment and it was very clean. However, what couldn’t be disclosed was the tenant neighbors who are within 10-15 feet of this rental. To reach this rental, you have to climb the stairs and are immediately met with a tenant(s) who has not only one but two separate smoking areas on the walkway and there is no way to get around this. None.
While tenants have the right to smoke, please know, this rental while advertised as smoke free is really not. You cannot escape the smell, and unfortunately it has permeated the apartment and just gets worse when the neighbor(s) sit in the walk space and smoke constantly.
I did not complain immediately as I was out of state and needed a place where I could stay with my dog. I tried to make the best out of the situation and ultimately left a day early.
If you have any respiratory issues such as asthma, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, or other breathing problems, scent intolerance and / or migraines, please find another place to stay. Really, the acute and chronic smoke from neighbors who chain smoke Pal Mal cigarettes as you walk right by to get to the rental apartment is in my opinion, intolerable and not worth the cost. Just beware.
