At the cottage, you'll have 60 feet of private riverfront frontage and a fishing dock - make sure to take advantage of this as the area boasts some of the best trout fishing in the eastern US! Additional attractions like the Bristol Motor Speedway and downtown Bristol are only 20 minutes away. Closer to home, the quaint town of Elizabethton is full of local, artisan shops, eateries, and other entertainment options like an escape room and live music venues.

Including all of life's comforts, the interior of Carla's Cottage displays hardwood flooring and chic-vintage decorations amidst an open layout. Fully equipped for cooking, the chef's kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of meal prep space, and an in-kitchen dining table. Down the hall, the bedrooms are equally inviting with their antique charm, soft linens, and central air. A separate laundry room, Pack-N-Play, and board game collection round out the interior amenities at your fingertips.

Outside, sit on the expansive deck while gazing out at amazing river and mountain views. As evening nears and the sunset begins to peek over the horizon, fire up the gas grill and host a delicious cookout for all of your favorite people.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
