About this house rental

Spacious, river-front home right on Watauga River! Large private dock right on the water with priceless views year round. Open kitchen/living room floor plan. Comfortably sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a couch- bed in the living room, and twin bunk beds in the bonus room. 65-in Roku TV in main living space with 2 additional smart TVs in bedrooms. Free parking in front of and behind the house. Minutes to town for shopping and dining. Only 25 minutes from Bristol Motor Speedway or Johnson City! Several state parks are nearby for hiking and outdoor fun as well! Perfect for a family vacation, guys' fishing weekend, or romantic getaway!

This cottage was perfect in every way! Quality linens, dishes, appliances, and attention to detail. We enjoyed our stay with our grandkids. Caught trout off the dock, and played games til the early morning hours. We will certainly be back to this little slice of heaven on the Watauga river.
