The property was perfect. The morning views of the sun coming up over the treetops & listening to the river flow, while sipping coffee on the back deck, was breathtaking. We were greeted with wildlife in the area, like deer and geese making their way to the river. The property offered both a drip & Keurig coffee maker and an air fryer. Water pressure & hot water were great!
The property isn't too far from the larger cities like Bristol & Johnson City, TN, about 20 mins giver or take and only a couple of hours from Pigeon Forge, TN.

Carla’s cottage felt comfy, cozy, clean and had a loved feel when I walked in! The instructions on where and how to operate the TV and how to find sheets and towels was a very well organized introduction to the home. I absolutely loved the outside amenities—deck overlooked the river, lots of deck seating, fire pit was fun and wood was available. This was a perfect fall retreat for me and my friends and family (the full family did not stay at Carla’s Cottage, but they liked this cottage better than the other one they stayed at🤩)
