Situated a short drive from the coast in Playa Blanca, this cream-coloured duplex home with tasteful decorative accents offers visitors beautiful views of the ocean and the island of Lanzarote as well as a maximum level of privacy. The elegant holiday property consists of a light-flooded living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly holiday home additionally includes Wi-Fi, fans, cable television, an outdoor shower, a washing machine, as well as a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. Outside, guests are invited to relax on the uncovered, fenced patio, which ensures utmost privacy during shared meals in the fresh Spanish air, sunbathing in the recliners or enjoying a glass of wine in the white sitting area. There is also a jacuzzi providing the perfect setting for couples to unwind and spend time together on warm summer evenings. Due to its ideal location near a collection of shops, restaurants, and bars, the closest supermarket is about a 10-minute walk or 900 m away. Here, beachgoers forget the stress of everyday life as they stretch out on the golden sand and gaze out over the glittering water.

The young man who owns the house was very helpful, although communication was difficult, due to his lack of English speaking skills, so initially the pick up was a little unclear and this meant it took a few days to get the hot tub working. The house was very nice, though, comfortable and clean. We soon realised we were too far out of the main tourist area, when we walked into the centre. It took me around 6000 steps and I'm a reasonably fit 70 year old, but too much to go there and back and walk down to the Rubicon each day. Also this house is in a predominantly Spanish residential area. There is a noisy children's playground just yards from the property and a noisy school and sports area. We could hear children shouting, screaming, dogs barking, a whistle being blown for sports activities, not what we wanted on our holiday. but the worst thing was the adjacent neighbours. The walls were very thin and their children ran around, screamed, shouted, cried, banged things, at the weekend until at least midnight. We have grandchildren, but this was out of control. Finally the adults would shout and scream at them. it was difficult to relax. Also the promised streaming service was in Spanish so not possible to drown out the sound with the TV. It's a shame for this owner who seems very genuine and helpful, but we would not recommend it
