Villa Ariome

Where to start. Villa Ariome is a new build. The hosts thought of everything. There were nice touches throughout the house. A coffee machine with pods. A selection of teas. Bottles of wine too. Dealing with Issues and queries was easy and responses were quick and efficient. The property location was within walking distance of shops and amenities. The area is quiet and was exactly what we wanted. There's a gated car port for you rental car. There's a small gym a good sized leisure pool 2 outside seating areas. The property is secure and luxurious.

Exiting the car port is a close squeeze and took careful maneuvering. It was necessary to reverse down the lane as the lane very narrow and I was not confident of doing a 3 point turn in a rental. These are small complaints of which the owners have no control.

El alojamiento es ideal, es una villa amplia y espaciosa con mucha luz.

Lo que no me gustó, y tengo que decir que la propietaria hizo lo que pudo, que no fue culpa suya, si no se la gente que se hospeda en la villa y cree que puede hacer lo que les da la gana. Los antiguos inquilinos dejaron la piscina echa un asco, tuvimos que limpiarla también nosotros, sacando papeles por todos lados, se lo comunicamos a la propietaria. Aún así le hacía falta una buena aspiradora para quitar toda la suciedad, exceso de cloro, le echan demasiado para no tener que limpiar, mi hijo pequeño con las piernas quemadas, mi hija y yo las pulseras y los anillos quemados por el cloro… En la villa, falta algo más para la limpieza.

Everything. The villa was spotless everywhere, everything was working perfectly. We cannot find a fault with anything.

Nothing. We would recommend getting a car if staying for a decent period of time as it could be a long walk in the heat and a lot of up hill from the main marina.

Nous avons aimé les équipements de la maisons, chambres confortables, piscine bien chauffée

La villa est mitoyenne donc assez bruyante avec les voisins. Comme toutes les villas de proximité sont sur étages donc beaucoup de vis a vis sur l'extérieur et la piscine. La villa est au fond d'une impasse étroite donc difficile de stationner et de sortir la voiture ( pas possible de faire demi tour donc uniquement en marche arrière. Plus difficile encore lorsque des voitures sont stationnées dans l'allée) donc stationnement a l'extérieur ( problématique avec les courses et les valises) L'extérieur de la maison petit pour installer plusieurs chaises longues. Pas d'éclairage pour ouvrir la porte de la maison le soir. Emplacement isolé et un peu éloigné des 1er commerces.
