Villa Tabaiba Playa Blanca Lanzarote

La casa ospita tranquillamente due/tre coppie. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno. Lavatrice utile. L'aria condizionata nel salotto funziona bene. Comodo il bagno (water e lavandino) a piano terra. Comunicazione con l'host facile. Parcheggio per 2 auto davanti a casa. Esterno carino. Pulizia buona.

La casa sarà stata da 10 appena costruita. Ora è stata lasciata andare. È molto carente di manutenzione (piscina non ispirava a fare il bagno - pulizia da migliorare). Un grande lampione rotto appoggiato sul muretto esterno della proprietà. Tende staccate dal bastone nel salotto, paralume abat- jour in una camera rotto. Insomma tante cose che danno un senso di non curanza alla casa e che basterebbe poco per sistemarle. Mancanza di tende oscuranti nelle camere. Materassi scomodi e vecchi. Scuri esterni da manutenzionare. Portone di ingresso che non chiude bene. Peccato perché il potenziale ce l'ha.

Tiles around pool need replacing cracked. Need ice cube tray. Bit drains smelling Just needs some updating that would make it 10/10

We had a very comfortable stay in villa Tabaiba. The Villa had a lovely living area linked to the outside area with the pool. The pool was illuminated at night. The villa had 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom have a lovely sea view. Very good size for a family of 5. Washing machine was a great addition. Some buckets and spades to play in the sand and an umbrella was there for us to use. Cesar and Lara were very helpful when we had a minor issue with the electrics which was solved almost immediately. We loved that when we got there late at night they left us water and lots of fresh fruit to eat. Thank you so much we were starving!!! Sugar and tea and coffee was there too. Dishwasher tablets,washing up liquid, handsoap and basic toilet roll was there. Very nice plates and enough cutlery and cups. We had a very comfortable stay and we would be back.

The front door is a bit stiff to open but once you know how to open it’s fine. Need a new chopping board and knifes
