Surf Beach 405 - Spectacular Sunsets - Beach Front

Great bang for buck, and close to plenty to do. We rented fishing rods and caught fish from shore. Grills were clean and convenient. Dunkin and Publix nearby a definite bonus. Plan on renting chairs and cabana for extended beach time. Beautiful view of beach without obstruction. Not a negative, but it is a considerable walk on sand to reach the shore and may be challenging for older and less mobile. There is an elevator in hotel that is very handy. One designated parking spot that was convenient, covered and easily fit large minivan.

Great place, beautiful view, amazing spot to watch the sunset! Staff is very nice! Definitely would stay again!

Great location for a weekend trip to the beach.

The pictures must have been from when they first updated. Furniture was different than pictures and it was terribly uncomfortable. The livingroom chair had no support and I sank right to the floor. My back started to hurt after sitting on it for an hour. The dining room chairs had light cloth seats and were stained. We had to bring in the outdoor chairs to sit on. I will say the beds were comfortable. The microwave worked but the tray didn't rotate. The view was nice but we were right above the pool and it was loud with a bunch of screaming kids and drunk people. It was Memorial day so the place was packed. Also someone was smoking on they're patio even though they're not supposed to. So if you're okay with that, it is a condo close to the beach. Be prepared for a long walk to the water. We left a day early because we couldn't relax. The parking was tight and people kept parking in the wrong spot so we were afraid to leave and loose our spot. We won't be renting here again.
