Nice and clean condo. Beautiful view

we stayed for a week, just like everyone else ,i asked for certain things, but didn't know, so there is a umbrella and 2 camping chairs in the unit, we had brought our own. there was no spatula for cooking, but we managed, we left some seasoning, salt and pepper and a couple others for others to enjoy. There are no bowls/ containers to store any leftovers, that would be helpful. the condo was clean and well maintained, staff was very nice at the front desk. we grilled a few times they were clean and had utensils, there to use would stay again if in that area..

The condo was exactly what we expected! Location was great for boat rentals and the beach. The check-in/out process was smooth. The sunsets were amazing!

Check in was smooth, view is amazing, condo is much older and smaller than the listing picture indicates. The condo was clean but is not aging well, so didn’t feel clean? Easy walk to shops, St Johns Boardwalk and the beach. It was nice enough, but replacing things like the rusted towel racks in bathrooms, cleaning doors from dirt and replacing old, dirty baseboards would go along way to making this condo feel like it has had an update. No handrails in bathtub or shower - and the front door was SO hard to open - my husband had to put his shoulder into it to get it to open. Liked the area but probably would not repeat our stay at this listing.
