About this house rental
2/1 bath 1,200 sq ft home on intercostal waterway with private dock and pool access.
Kayaks with life jackets, bikes, basketball goal, beach wagon, cooler, and beach chairs! There is complimentary wifi, a full laundry room, outside dining with grill, and basic fishing poles to catch your dinner! So come with your bathing suit and suitcase. Owners live next door and welcome our guests only of our units to use the pool 10am to 6pm daily.
Enjoy dolphins, manatees, fish, and birdlife right from the dock. Enjoy sunsets with full patio and bar area for those perfect cook outs. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has a king bunk bed that will host 4 more.
This amazing house also sits on a 10,000 square foot lot so there is plenty of parking for family and friends. In addition, the opportunity to bring your boat to tie up on the dock and store trailer in the oversized driveway.
The property is within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, a grocery store, the beach boardwalk, and bait shop. You truly do not need a car as there is also a local free beach ride service that operates for tips only or you can catch the trolley one block away on Gulf Blvd. The trolley will take you from the northern tip of Clearwater Beach to the southern tip of Pass-A-Grille Beach and even east to downtown St Petersburg, home to the MLB Tampa Bay Rays, the Dali Museum, the only permanent Dale Chilhuly exhibit and many fine dining and shopping experiences.
Closer to home, John's Pass Village is less than a mile, with a host of entertainment options including Bubba Gump, The Friendly Fisherman, Waltz Fish Shack, The Hut and Scully's- with live entertainment, and a fresh seafood market on the water. There is so much to do for all ages and interests to include water sports and a 9 hole golf course around the corner.

Hosts were beyond accommodating and so welcoming! Beds were comfy! Kitchen was well stocked. This home had everything we needed for a family of 5 staying on spring break. We could walk to the beach, ice cream shops, shopping, etc. Loved fishing off the dock. Pool was a nice extra too!

Mike and Michelle were wonderful hosts and their place is homey and clean with a fabulous dock, a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. It’s not a fancy place, but you can tell people actually have lived there, as it has good pots and pans (not scraped hand me downs), comfortable loungers in front of the TV, and a great bed. My husband caught all sorts of fish from the dock while I loved the provided beach chairs. We walked to restaurants easily. We would stay again for sure!

Highly recommend! Location, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, safe, dolphins and pet friendly. Michelle and Mike have been the perfect and friendliest hosts. This home is located on the intercoastal which has a beautiful night view of the city scape of Treasure Island's Gulf boulevard. Most days we saw more than one dolphin and several boats casually going by. The back yard was our favorite spot for coffee, sunning, fishing, watching dolphins, boaters and relaxing. The home is an easy walk to the beach, the beach boardwalk, restaurants and, a little longer walk (or drive) to a nearby grocery store. Also an easy drive to St. Petersburg for additional shopping experiences. So easy to get around the area including Madeira Beach, Redington, St Peters Beach and John's Pass. We look forward to returning next year. Thanks Michelle and Mike for offering the perfect vacation home.
