The amount of paperwork/emails was a bit over whelming for check in etc. probably the most I have ever had at any stay. The location was great and very clean. We would stay there again.

Excellent! We had 6 rooms booked with family members and everyoen had a great time. The grounds are very nice and great location.

The room fit our family well. The beach was perfection and smoke free as we hoped it would be. Great restaurants in walking distance. Diane was very kind and helpful.
