Welcome to “Beachview Klassic” - your dream getaway at Crystal Palms Beach Resort, conveniently located and nestled in the heart of Treasure Island. This beautifully decorated 2-bed, 2-bath condo on the 6th floor offers a sweeping TOP FLOOR balcony view of the Gulf. Wake up to turquoise waters, stroll along powder-soft white sand, and end each day with unforgettable sunsets. Come enjoy the ultimate beach vacation experience in this highly rated condo!
The Crystal Palms complex has a newly renovated building exterior and new elevators! Enjoy an outdoor heated pool and hot tub year-round, with handicapped friendly equipment to get into the water. Little ones can be entertained in the pool area with family games like jumbo tic-tac-toe, corn hole, and a children’s picnic table. There is a charcoal grill and picnic table to the right of the pool area for your evening cookouts. Beach access is directly across the street!
Visit the nearby famous John’s Pass Village (about a mile away) where there’s something for everyone; fish, rent a jet ski, take a dolphin cruise, shop, grab a drink, enjoy ice cream, or eat at one of the many amazing restaurants and enjoy music.
Close distance to Publix grocery store, about a mile down Gulf Blvd (also delivers via Instacart).
Take the Suncoast Beach Trolley up and down the Gulf to explore area beaches, restaurants and local attractions the easy way - without worrying about directions or parking. The Trolley stops in front of the complex and all up and down Gulf Blvd, from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach / Pass-A-Grille.
Prefer not to rent a car? Host/Property Manager, Jordyn, can provide a contact to a private driver who provides trips to/from airport and around the island for charge.

Provided - starter supplies (2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, dish towel, dish rag, dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, travel size shampoo/lotion/soap bar, and 2 garbage bags). Also provided are all linens, towels, and beach towels. We do our best to stock some ground coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt and pepper in the kitchen cabinet.
Not provided - laundry detergent, facial tissues, or bottled water.
This is not a full-service hotel with daily housekeeping. We clean after your stay. Guests are responsible for providing their own toiletries and additional supplies.

- Guest will be charged for leaving behind excessive trash, food, drinks, or sand upon check-out

We just had an amazing stay at this condo in Florida. The incredible panoramic view of the ocean is breathtaking—turquoise waters and stunning sunrise and sunsets right from the balcony. The location is perfect: direct beach access just steps away, plus convenient shopping, dining, recreation, and attractions all within a short drive (or walk). The condo is spacious, nicely decorated, and well-equipped with a great kitchen and comfortable beds. The pool was excellent and refreshing after a long hot day at the beach.If you want relaxation, convenience, and unbeatable views, this is the spot!!

This top floor-2 bedroom/2bathroom was very accommodating and the view is AMAZING!! We love staying at Crystal Palms. It’s our third year staying here and this unit is by far our favorite. And as far as location, you cannot get any better than this. It’s directly across the street from the beach. Jordyn the property owner was outstanding! She was very responsive and helpful and her communication is top notch. We had no issues at all! Thank you so much for everything and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week at this unit it was clean neat well furnished. The location was excellent parking was on premise and the trolly between st pete beach and clearwater stopped right in front as a great non driving option. With an onsite pool and hot tub and the beach across the street walking distance to restaurants and shops
