We've stayed at South Beach before although it was a different unit. It's in a great location and access to the beach is a short walk. Communication with Charles, Liz and I-Trip are fantastic. They responded to every question I had within minutes. The property itself could use a little refresh (but I believe that falls on the owner, not the mgmt company).

Host was very responsive to our needs and some minor issues. Overall it was alright could use some updated appliances and a refresh. Everything as promised. Beach views and location were amazing.
