Welcome to Vero Ranch! This spacious, conveniently located ranch house features all the necessities and a lot of amenities! Located just outside of Fredericksburg on a private road near several popular wineries and La Bonne Vie Ranch, privacy and seclusion are plentiful on this private acreage. Inside is a large open concept living/kitchen/dining area with plenty of seating, a Flatscreen TV, full kitchen with two coffee pots, and a dining table for 8. The split floor plan provides peace and quiet for the primary suite, and a sense of camaraderie and convenience for the additional 3 bedrooms + bonus room!
Features of this spectacular family home include 4 bedrooms (a primary king suite with ensuite bath, 3 queen bedrooms, and a bonus twin bed with a trundle in the den), a full kitchen PLUS an additional mini kitchen with a drip coffee pot and Keurig, Flatscreen TVs, a large private backyard with a xeriscaped entertaining area featuring a private hot tub, gas fire-pit, and gas BBQ grill, plus plenty of seating for everyone! Also in the home you'll find other convenient and charming touches, such as a stackable washer/dryer, piano, two car garage, Roku streaming TV, and more. With both children and pets allowed and offering a total occupancy of 12, this comfy, amenity-focused ranch house is perfect for the WHOLE family!
There is a limit of 2 pets per reservation. A fee of $45 per pet, per night will apply.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
HOUSE RULES:
-Check in is 4pm
-Check out is 11am
-No smoking/vaping/pens/ecigs permitted
-There will be a $200 per pet fee incurred for undisclosed animals
-Daily housekeeping is not provided
-Park in designated areas only
-Any request to alter or cancel your reservation must be submitted in writing 30 days or more prior to your arrival date

We had an amazing time using all of the amenities this place had to offer: smores, fire pit, hot tub, cornhole, darts, etc! Everything was very clean and there were so many little touches that we appreciated, like laundry pods and dog treats. Being able to bring our dog is a huge plus and she never wanted to come inside because it was so beautiful and nice out in the backyard! Having it fenced in was great so we knew she was safe at all times.

The home was very comfortable and spacious. Everything was labeled and had helpful instructions. Kitchen was well-stocked. The porch and patio were lovely with lots of seating. We had a great girls getaway.

This is our 4th time to stay at VERO Ranch and walking in reminded us of the first time, knowing the few days there would be many moments of relaxing and enjoying the beauty outside, especially sunrise having our coffee on the patio. It is an amazing place outside of town to rest and take it all in, even spotting deer roaming. This beautiful, sparkling clean home provides everything you need. We will return.
