Good location and privacy with easy off-street parking. Hope the sink and table in room can be bigger.

Very small, definitely not “chic” as advertised
Additional bed was only a sofa bed which tipped when sitting in it, and extended across the internal steps down from kitchen area. No kitchen sink to wash dishes.
