Upon arriving to Sanibel Island, your vacation awaits you with a keyless entry into the condo. This allows our guests to go from the airport, directly to the condo, no check in needed. Enjoy our condo in this tropical paradise surrounded by great sandy beaches, exquisite wildlife (dolphins galore), miles of endless bike and walking trails, shopping, golf, tennis/ pickle ball court, and of course the finest restaurants. Our Condo is located in a very private, quite corner of Coquina Beach Condos ,which is an intimate upscale Gulf-Waterfront 40 unit complex with its own private boardwalk to your private beach, tennis/ pickle ball court, private heated pool, picnic area, and barbeque grills. Staying here at Coquina 2H , you are steps to your beautiful sandy, shell filled beach and just steps to our refreshing pool. Coquina Beach is located at the eastern end of Middle Gulf Drive and is just a short walk or bike ride to many favorite Sanibel locations. The condo was renovated two years ago, including both bathrooms, appliances, and beautiful custom tile flooring throughout the condo. The beds are all new. The property is immaculate. It’s comfortable, it’s cozy, it’s well stocked, it’s right on the beach, there’s a pool, plenty of towels and dishes, and glasses and cooking utensils.
It was really hard to leave.

The condo is better than advertised! Basically brand new interior. Very clean, comfortable and inviting. Great location 100' from the beach, even closer to the large, heated pool, less than 50 minutes from the airport and a short bike ride or drive to restaurants, shopping, etc. Ken (host) is very responsive to the needs of his guests and communicates often and quickly (including immediatley ordering a coffee maker when the old one broke). The condo has umbrellas, beach loungers, beach towels, and some beach toys. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking/eating in with a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher plus pots and pans and dinnerware. 85" TV in the living room plus TVs in the bedrooms. Very nice washer and dryer and detergent in unit. Great screened-in patio for morning coffee. We rented kayaks and bikes for the week and had an incredible time. Very minor improvemments could be the inclusion of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the showers like we have had in most other VRBOs. Possibly some all-purpose cleaner, aluminum foil, saran wrap and tupperware in the kitchen (we cooked multiple meals during our stay with leftovers). Overall an absolutely awesome beach condo!!! We would love to go back some time in the future!

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this was one of best. Great location, updated/seemed new condo, very clean, fantastic communication! If we comes back to Sanibel, there’s no reason look for anywhere to stay.

Spacious and clean rental, with a great pool and fantastic location at the beach. Great neighbors, quiet and restful at night. Couldn't ask for a better stay!
