About this house rental

Summary:

Relax and unwind in this stunning, fully equipped 3 BR / 3BA home with office/den located in the sought-after Sanibel East End. Located just a short stroll to the Gulf of Mexico, this impressive residence affords both privacy and luxury with easy accessibility to the Gulf. Custom upgrades, an oversized heated pool with integrated spa, and vaulted ceilings characterize this one of a kind residence. Picture yourself relaxing on the enormous 60’+ upper-level, covered lanai on cool evenings.



The Space:

This estate is particularly exceptional due to its very large (1/2+ acre), direct canal-front lot in close proximity to the causeway, open water, and all the activities Sanibel has to offer. There is an executive office that can be converted into a fourth bedroom or den, 15+ foot vaulted ceilings, and a superbly equipped kitchen. There is also a wall of sliding doors that open from the main living area to the lanai, with a powered retractable screen that can be deployed over the entire opening, making it truly capable of indoor-outdoor living at its best. The master bedroom, dining area, and one of the secondary bedrooms also have large sets of sliding doors with water views.

Guest Access:

Guests may access the heated outdoor pool and integrated spa, boat dock, entirety of home with exception of owner`s closets and downstairs storage/game room area, two car garage, and deeded beach access at the intersection of Lindgren Rd. and Tortuga Resort. Additional beach access at the end of Beach Road.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located on an extension of Beach Road, just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the East End beaches. It is located in the Shell Harbor community, one of the most highly coveted on the island. Vacation rental homes in this area are extremely rare as almost the entire community is occupied by seasonal or year-round owners.

We recommend a rental car to get around



Other Things to Note:

For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.

We do our best to satisfy the every need of our guests, if there are any special accommodations you require just let us know and we will strive to accommodate them.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations canceled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available as often as needed, but give guests the space and privacy they desire.

The house was the best equipped one that we have rented and was very comfortable to live in. The Rosen folks were extremely responsive to any issues that we had and provided great check in and out instructions. The bonus was the many visits from manatees and dolphins in the canal behind the house and an extended osprey visit. Lots of great pictures. Our only complaint was the lack of screening over the pool and lanai area which limited our outdoor usage later in the day because of the no-see-ums. Other than that a perfect stay.
