Located within the exclusive Sundial Resort, this stunning two bedroom, two bath residence features panoramic gulf front views from practically every room. Situated on the top floor of the K building, you are a matter of feet from the beach, pool, and on-site restaurants. Don't miss out on the opportunity to experience one of Sanibel's finest properties!
The Space:
Sundial K402 is located within Sundial West, which is a part of the world renowned Sundial community. Sundial is known for its white sugar sand beaches and fantastic amenities. This unit was fully renovated in 2025 with top of the line finishes and decor, aiming to please even the most discerning of guests. Featuring a master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom, a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a pullout sofa in the living room, this unit is ideal for larger parties. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip and in-unit washer and dryer combo will make doing laundry a breeze. Enjoy crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your oversized lanai as you sip coffee in the morning.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the amenities of Sundial West, including a large heated pool, private beach access just steps from your unit as well as all on-site restaurants and shops.
The Neighborhood:
Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay. Convenience as desired!
Getting Around:
We recommend bikes or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before checking in. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed, yet provide guests the space and serenity they desire while on a much needed retreat. Our office staff is available by messaging, e-mail, or phone 24/7.

Unit was not clean when we arrived- for which they waived the cleaning fee which was thoughtful. Unit a bit worn / dated and the plastic Adirondack chairs lined up on the deck were tacky and uncomfortable. VHS only option for movie viewing. Kitchen not well stocked. Obvious that this is a rental unit and not used by the property owner. Really nice view of the sunrise from the bedroom. Master shower was nice but toilet was really quite squished in there. Was expecting nicer - not a “penthouse”
