Sanibel Island Vacation Rental, Sanibel Fitz You, centrally located, private home with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, elevator. Charming Old Florida style home walking distance to shops, restaurants and island amenities. This 4BR/2.5BA home has a wonderful floor plan offering a spacious master suite with access to the porch as well as a well-appointed bathroom with tub and separate shower. Two first floor guestrooms are joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. The 2nd floor includes a loft area that offers a sitting area. The loft offers a Twin bed and queen bed as well. Lovely kitchen and dining area flows seamlessly to the porch - a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. Large living room with gas fireplace that also opens to the master bedroom is a wonderful feature on a chilly Florida night. An elevator accesses all floors of the house for added convenience. My husband and I rented this house for the month of March, 22. The house is very spacious with large well laid out rooms and very clean. Immaculate really! Each bed is very luxurious and comfortable with a tv in each bedroom including the third floor. The pool and area surrounding it is also comfortable with sitting chairs and loungers. We loved to sit and read in the upper lanai just off the kitchen and enjoyed having our meals at the outdoor dining table. The back of the house is very private given all the beautiful shrubbery and palm trees that provide a pastoral landscape. I enjoyed listening to the palms wave in the lovely warm breeze that flowed in through the screening. The entire house and outdoors has such positive energy. I would definitely recommend this property especially for a family as each room provides wonderful personal space. Just loved the property!
