Property is a bit more dated than photos appear. Upstairs and downstairs do not connect from the inside. Which is not uncommon in this area due to hurricanes but we were surprised by that. Over all good value for our family. We had a boat which is a must.

Utilized this perfect property as a staging area for a photo shoot we were trying to compose for a new boat model. While the weather did not cooperate fully, the property was fabulous
