WaterEdge Villa is unlike any other property you’ve ever stayed at in Bear Lake. Between its unique second level open kitchen, incredible community amenities, and open rooftop lounge you will leave this property talking about the memories you made!
The WaterEdge Villa is 3,000 square feet spread between three levels filled with comfortable yet modern furnishings and decor. The property comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests in two luxurious en suite masters, a spacious bunk room, and three extra bedrooms with three shared additional bathrooms. All sleeping areas are furnished with plush, oversized Malouf ® mattresses aimed at making your sleep as heavenly as the days in the stay ahead of you. The property is equipped with free wireless internet, air conditioning, localized heating for each bedroom, in-unit laundry machines, two living rooms, and a gas grill all designed to make your stay comfortable and carefree.
The experience begins as you arrive at the welcoming front deck designed for relaxation and leisured conversation. Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed to the middle floor living room. Spread out on the wrapped sectional, which doubles as a pull-out bed, and enjoy a show on the wall mounted 75-inch flat screen TV, one of five other flat screen TVs that come equipped with Netflix and Amazon Prime access, providing access to countless entertainment options. Head into the garage game room to start or continue a friendly rivalry by challenging another guest to a game of air hockey in the spacious garage-converted-game room. The game room also sports a double shot basketball arcade game and Ping-Pong table tops. Stored in the garage are two paddle boards supplied for your fun on the beach directly in front of the property. As the fun dies down head down the hall to the master bedroom and slide into the soft clean sheets of the king bed. Descend the central-located staircase to find secluded sleeping areas and a bunk room designed for hours of entertainment for the young ones of the group. The bunk room has ample room to sleep 8-10 and is bound to be a hit as they enjoy the wall mounted flat screen TV, LoveSac, and spacious bunks. You will hear giggles and stories come from the room as the kids reminisce on the day of fun and fall asleep dreaming of another day as perfect as the one before. There is also a pack and play and highchairs for the baby in the fam. Venture to the top floor where the open floor plan will take your breath away as you gaze out the expansive windows framing the crystal clear water of Bear Lake. Such a great location. We loved having a private beach area and the pool over looking the lake. We also liked being close to town. It’s about a 15ish min walk to shakes. The house was comfortable and accommodated our large group of 18. The limited parking by the house wasn’t terrible since they have more parking across the street. Trying to cross the busy road was sketchy at times. You have to cross the road to get to the over flow parking and the walking path. The one thing our whole party had a hard time with was the cleanliness of the house. We found an empty beer can in one of the bunk beds so we are assuming the sheets weren’t changed on that bed. The bathroom floors and most of the house haven’t been swept or mopped there were dust bunnies and hair pushed up against the baseboards and in the corners in the bathroom. The bathroom rugs were so dirty. They are a lighter color and were brown from not being cleaned. The Kitchen sink was not cleaned well along with the counters. One of the master bathroom showers had the pink slimy stuff in it. We loved the location and the house set up but wish the house had been cleaned better. We have stayed in many houses in Bear Lake and this house was probably one of the worst when it comes to cleanliness.

This house was perfect for us and or family and friends. The best part besides the beautiful house and view feom the roof top was its location for our boat. It was perfect to be able to dock right there and when the littles didnt want to go out on the boat the pool and hot tub where a hit. Would definitely stay again.

We love this place right on the lake. It has all the amenities if you have a boat. We have stayed at this house three years now and have enjoyed it so each time. We love that the beach is just a short walk away and we can have our boat with us.
