Located just a block off the walking trail, you can walk to the beach, or downtown to get a raspberry shake. Walk down the trail to the public beach off the city park. Easy access to Bear Lake State Park and Marina, Rendezvous Beach and North Beach.
This house is perfectly set up for a large group. There are 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. Two family rooms and large yard area give you plenty of room to hang out.
The kitchen table seats 8 as well as the dining room table. Two picnic tables on the deck and patio furniture provide comfort and space for dining.
The yard is a a full lush lawn. Enjoy the volleyball net, badminton, bocce ball, or relax around the gas fire pit and roast marshmallows. Free super fast WiFi, DISH TV.
