About this cabin rental
The Heber C on Kimball Lane is a beautiful 6000 square foot cabin located centrally in Garden City. Boasting beautiful lake and mountain views, this is the perfect location to enjoy year-round recreational activities.
This elegant home is located in part of the Heber C Kimball Estate. With 9 Bedrooms, 10 Bathrooms and a large bonus room above the garage with its own bath, there is ample room for the entire family or group. Experience the upscale cabin feel while enjoying modern amenities.
There are 2 completely furnished kitchens. Guests are surprised to discover how well stocked the kitchens are with small appliances and plenty of settings to service many people. 2 laundry rooms, a large wraparound covered deck with excellent unobstructed views of Bear Lake! 2 spacious Master Bedrooms, one on the main level and another on the walk-out basement level. The home has 2 brand new large smart TVs, a game area with flat screen in the bonus room, making spaces where everyone can enjoy their own media.
We provide 5 folding tables and 50 folding chairs for ample seating, they are stored in the garage for hosting a big group.
There are 2 paddle boards and a kayak which guests may use.
The upper deck has an outdoor fireplace. Enjoy the open pit for fires in the sprawling back yard (when permitted). This is a perfect place to gather with friends and loved ones to create lasting memories.
You can easily walk to Pickleville Playhouse for live entertainment. (reservations required)
Walk 9/10 mile to the public beach access on the 250 E Loop Road. Many other public beach accesses are located near the home.
Local attractions include go-cart racing, ropes/obstacle course, hiking, ATV trails, horse-back riding, snowmobiling, skiing, golfing and water sports. With ample wildlife and rural small-town vibes, this home is sure to offer a relaxing experience. It is a perfect setting for large gatherings and family reunions.

This house was a perfect fit for our group of 20 adults. We were able to spread out and utilize the space. The lawn is HUGE. We were able to play volleyball and frisbee.

Very clean. Lots to do outdoors on the large 1/2 lawn. 3 refrigerators. Well stocked kitchens. Wish they would have disclosed that yard is shared with another rental. Bonus room was perfect hangout for the family teens and tweens. Will stay again!

Our family stayed in this beautiful home in August. It was everything we had hoped for. Bear Lake is the most wonderful place, and this home is so awesome, and beautiful and perfect for our large family. It is close to Rendezvous beach, our favorite! You can walk to Pickleville Theatre, it is that close, and some of our family did! The kids loved it! We had 3 fun filled nights as a family and this home fit the bill! We had plenty of beds and bathrooms and the kids had the funnest time upstairs sleeping in the bonus room! We will have many wonderful memories of this home and our reunion at Bear Lake. We were even able to use their canoes that were in the huge garage! The owners were wonderful, and the home was in perfect condition. The kitchen has everything you need and the yard is absolutely beautiful and big for playing games and hanging out. The volleyball net was a big hit! We loved cooking on the grill, too!What a great time! Thank you Ellen. We will be back!
