Your stay at Oso Blu includes all five modern yurts, exclusively reserved for your group of up to 60 guests! Each yurt offers its own private living spaces, bedrooms, full kitchen, and bathroom, giving everyone room to spread out while still enjoying the experience of vacationing together.
With soaring timber ceilings, beautiful skylight domes, cozy electric fireplaces, and thoughtfully designed interiors, these aren`t your typical camping accommodations. It`s the charm of sleeping under the stars with all the comforts of home!

- Each yurt features an identical layout and accommodates up to 12 guests.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS | 15 SLEEPING AREAS, 35 BEDS
Each yurt has two private bedrooms and an open loft:
- Bedroom 1: King bed + full-over-full bunk bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed + full-over-full bunk bed
- Bedroom 3 (Loft): Full bed, accessed by ladder
Each yurt also includes a spacious Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and two separate toilet rooms for added convenience.

And the best part? All of these spaces are exclusively yours when booking the entire retreat!
Your outdoor amenities include:
- 40-foot round gathering platform overlooking the beautiful Bear Lake valley
- Two propane fire tables surrounded by comfortable seating
- Two propane BBQ grills for group cookouts
- Wood-burning fire cauldron for evenings under the stars (bring your own firewood)
- Cornhole, ladder toss, and ring toss
- Badminton, bocce ball, and Spikeball
- Horseshoes
- Paddleboards, paddles, and life jackets for adventures on Bear Lake (waiver required)
There`s plenty of room for everyone to find their favorite way to unwind, whether that`s a little friendly competition, a peaceful morning with coffee and a view, or a night spent laughing around the fire.
ACCESS
Your group will have exclusive use of all five yurts and their surrounding guest amenities at Oso Blu. There is one private residence at the far end of the property, completely separate from the guest accommodations and amenities, ensuring a peaceful and private stay without interruption. The property is gated, and you`ll receive the gate code and keypad door codes before arrival.
PARKING
There are 2 spots next to each yurt, plus plenty of extra parking at the upper lot. Boats and trailers are welcome (the upper lot is steep but manageable).
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- This listing includes all 5 yurts on the Oso Blu property: The Pioneer, The Black Bear, The Cisco, The Rendezvous, and The Ute.
- There is a separate private residence at the far end of the lot. It is a completely separate home and does not share any of the Oso Blu amenities.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
- Exterior cameras cover the parking areas only. There are no indoor cameras.
- Cooling is by swamp cooler (no central AC).
- The loft/Bedroom 3 in each yurt is reached by ladder.
- For EV owners, there`s a standard outdoor outlet to the right of each yurt`s door under the edge of the yurt.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
- Keep grills and any open flame well away from the yurts; the exterior walls can melt.
- Please don`t move the swamp coolers (they can flood the yurts).
- Bring your own firewood for the fire cauldron.
- Paddleboard use requires a signed waiver.
- Take all trash to the designated dumpster in the Buttercup subdivision.
