About this house rental
Myrtle's Beach House is the perfect house in the perfect location! There are stunning views of the lake from the large deck and from every floor of the house. Located just a block off the walking trail, you can walk to the beach, or downtown to get a raspberry shake. Walk down the trail to the public beach off the city park, or the beach off the marina. Easy access to Rendezvous Beach and North Beach.
This house is perfectly set up for a large group. There are 7 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms AND a loft room with 8 beds and lots of room to play. Two family rooms and a kitchenette in the basement gives you plenty of room to hang out.
The kitchen table seats 8, plus 4 at the bar. Three picnic tables on the deck seat an additional 24.
The yard is a full 1/2 acre, with tons to do! Play a game of volleyball on the professional net, play on the play structure, enjoy the hot tub or make some s'mores around the large gas fire pit (seats 16). This is one of the nicest, largest yards in Garden City - so much outdoor fun!
There are 4 beach cruisers, two kayaks and two paddle boards in the garage which guests are welcome to use. When you're ready to go inside there is a speaker system, just plug in your iPod and enjoy! Free super fast WiFi, TVs in both family rooms, the master bedroom and basement bedroom. A tankless hot water heater means you don't have to rush back from the lake to get a hot shower!

We had a wonderful time! The kids and adults all loved the variety of entertainment options...badminton, ping pong, playset, video games, movies and lots of space to run and play. Having gathering areas upstairs, downstairs and outside allowed us to have different kinds of activities in different areas. We enjoyed a talent show around the barbecue pot, stories on the main floor and more upbeat family time in the basement. As organizer, I was especially grateful for 2 fridges, lots of pantry space and even a small fridge that we dedicated to anytime snacks. The cousins had a great time sleeping together in the loft area and we had enough bedrooms that each family could escape to their own space when needed. Beautiful home and area!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It had all you needed in the kitchen for a large family. The extras in the garage were appreciated as the kids use them most every day. The large lawn, the swingset and fire pit all were enjoyable. We had a wonderful time during our stay. Thank you so much.
