Prince of Park View

Freddie was very kind and responsive. Highlights of the property: parking pad in the alley, close to the Metro (literally walk down the street and around the corner), and en-suite bed is *extremely* comfortable. Walking distance to Safeway grocery store. I was disappointed that we couldn't watch tv because we didn't know our passwords to log in to any of the pre-loaded apps. Check out procedure was extremely easy. Overall a good stay and excellent host.

Our family felt very comfortable staying at Prince of Park View for our Smithsonian grand tour. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The interior was tidy, neat and clean. The luggage racks and waste bins were much appreciated. We try to recycle as much as possible so it was lovely to see the kitchen recycling bin. There were even a couple of umbrellas provided for guests’ use. The dedicated parking spot in the back was super convenient and the Metro station is only a short 3min walk away. Safeway is about 8min walk away. There are many diverse dining options within a 3-15min walk (Addis Ababa pizza at Ice ’n Slice is so tasty). The only negative is the large amount of trash and recyclables in the basement stairwell. We had a fantastic vacation in D.C. and hope to return. When we do, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Prince of Park View again.

The host was responsive and the property was very clean. It was fully stocked with most necessities including soap, paper towels, toilet paper, linens and towels/washcloths. The property accommodated my family very well.

Check in and out was easy, place was very clean, well stocked with essentials, easy walk to metro to downtown. Parking in the back was convenient, however there was lots of trash around. We ( 3 adults, 2 children) found this VRBO very comfortable, and enjoyed our stay and would highly recommended staying at the Prince of Park View!
