Metro-Friendly DC Apartments

Clean. Simple. Furnished well enough for our needs.

The apartment was in excellent condition. The front desk staff was most helpful. The location was ideal.

The rental was great and very central near the Pentagon city mall and Metro station. The rental itself had all the amenities we needed to complete our stay. The rooms were clean. It smelled good. The only thing was the check-in process was a little confusing. I was told I was gonna get a check-in email with the information I needed to check in and never received that the day before. I ended up calling the host company at time of check-in to get the information needed. The host company representative was kind enough to send me this immediately, but it would’ve been nice to have had that information prior. I did get a couple voicemails the day of, from the rental hosts, however I was in flight and did not receive them until the next day for whatever reason.

This place was excellent for a 5 day business stay. The apartment was clean and spacious for one person. Full kitchen, king bed, and 3 person sofa and 4 person dining table. I would definitely stay here again. Couple of things worth noting so you go in fully informed: the apartment is undergoing significant renovations in apartments. You will likely hear construction works during day time hours. One day of my stay the water was off due to construction (building tenants had been notified, but not people who booked via a third party site). Lifts can be slow due to sometimes 2 of the 3 being out of action in a large 16 story building. And although there is a full kitchen if you are planning on doing your own meals note that there are no basic supplies, so you will starting from scratch. Including no tea/ coffee - I left some coffee filter papers so you may be in luck with those! All of these things are easy to work around - just good to know in advance!
