The home we stayed in was very new and clean, with lots of spacious shared areas, 7 reasonably sized rooms, and 3 full bathrooms. The area felt safe both day and night. Rooms all had desks, but a chair in all would be a plus. There was good closet space, but a hanging pole would be helpful. Beds were comfortable. The basement is a shared unit, which was not noted clearly in the description. It was a bit loud for those in the first floor bedrooms. But to be clear, no shared spaces.Recommend this home if needed a nice sized place to stay in the DC area.
