All new: carpet, couches, beds, bedding, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and beautiful refinished hardwood floors.

House has an eat in kitchen bar and a dining room table. Enjoy Cable TV on the new flat screen television in the living room and both bedrooms. We also have WiFi internet for your convenience.

The bathroom and both bedrooms are on the second floor. The bathroom has a new combined tub/shower and new ceramic tile surround. We also have a washer and dryer for your use.

We provide soaps, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bath towels, washcloths, kitchen tools, an ironing board & iron, and all the other basic items you will need to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Very pleased with this property as well as the owner. The house was in close proximity to a main street with cafés and boutiques. The house was clean when we arrived with all necessities provided. Communication was great, and if I travel through this area again, I will definitely book.

The property is great. Cute front porch. Walking distance to the Valley Cafe where you should really get the Amish French Toast. This is our 2nd time staying at this house.

Unit is well kept. Comes with everything you would need. Owner is very nice and responsive. Unit is older and you can tell. It was nice to sit on the front porch and watch the traffic. I did think it was a single family unit, so I was a bit surprised when I pulled in the front driveway to see it was not. There are either two or three units attached (could not tell if the back was a 3rd unit or the back of the 2nd unit in the front.) Beds are all twin pushed together to make a king. We had to sleep sideways in the bed to avoid falling in the center of bed and getting stuck.

We were running out of room in our Wadsworth home to house all of our guests for Thanksgiving so we rented this house. It was perfect for them. It is near a lot of good places to eat so they could grab breakfast at their leisure and then come to our house when they were ready. All who stayed there liked their stay. It also cut down the bathroom loading at our Wadsworth home. There is a nice brewpub downtown that they visited one evening and we joined them.

We enjoyed our stay at Matt's VRBO in Wadsworth. It is super close to the square. We walked daily to the cafes and bakery. The library was great for my little kids to waste time playing. We will be looking into this property for future trips to Wadsworth to visit family. Thanks again Matt for the great experience!

We stayed here last year for the same annual family trip. It was just as we remembered. Clean, well stocked and roomy. Very well priced; just a no brainier in this little town. We will likely be back every October for as long as the family event continues.

This home had everything we needed and we loved the location. We walked more than we drove! Being 1 block off the square meant a short walk to everything - coffee, pastries, lunch and a great brewery for the size of the town! Will definitely stay here again for our next visit.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this piece of history. The owners did a spectacular job of marrying new with historic. The house was very clean and inviting. The owner had a generous amount of towels and the beds were very comfortable. Awesome job!!! Will definitely be looking for this place on our visit to ThrOhio (axe throwing tournament).

Wife and I picked Wadsworth as it was centrally located to some things we wanted to mark off our bucket lists. Lehman's hardware store and White Feather Meats (bearded butchers) are a short drive away.

Couldn’t ask for a better place. Arrived early so we contacted Matt asked if we could check in a little early after our long drive. He could not have been nicer! Told us we could check in with no problem and if we had any concerns or needs, to reach out to him. The house was excellent.

It’s very old, but had everything we needed to be comfortable. The portable plug in fans were essential in the upstairs bedrooms as it would’ve been too warm otherwise. A dishwasher would’ve been nice, but I understand it may not be possible or sensible to add.

This place has everything you need whether you're on a short visit or a long term stay. The house is very well kept. It's a comfortable size as well. It was my sister, BIL, and myself and there was plenty of room in the living room, each bedroom had a king sized bed, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The location is also great! Just over a block from downtown and very convenient to get to neighboring towns if need be. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

Great spot within walking distance to downtown Wadsworth. Has everything we needed for a week-long stay with two children. The house itself has a great old feel with hardwood floors and plenty of character but also has modern appliances and everything you might need to be comfortable. Seamless in/out process would definitely stay there again!

The home was great. The beds were comfy . The area - if you visit you MUST go to the Village Cafe - you can walk there. We went twice in our short stay. The home had everything we needed. We were even able to get our laundry done. If we get an opportunity to meet half way again - we would for sure stay here.
