About this cabin rental

Private and secluded log cabin with 2 bedrooms, one private and one loft bedroom, very large bathroom with washer/dryer, and full kitchen. Very nicely decorated, rustic feel, with loft and cedar trim. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Behind the cabin is a very steep ravine with a creek and water falls. Hiking is permissible. Not responsible for any accidents or injuries so please be careful! Large Hot Tub outside on patio along with fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment! Guest are required to bring their own charcoal for the grill. NEW EBIKE RENTALS AVAILABLE, 3 ADULT BIKES AND CHILDS TRAILER. ASK ME ABOUT IT IF INTERESTED!

We had a great girls weekend stay at the cabin. We were impressed by how clean and well-stocked the cabin was. The owners thought of everything! Appliances were not new, but worked fine. Although it's on a main road, it's not very busy and didn't bother us. We loved the view from the back and the back patio and fire pit. There are several areas nearby for hiking. No problems at all and we would stay there again!

We celebrated our second anniversary at the cabin. All we wanted was privacy and a hot tub and this was perfect. The cabin was clean, well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. The out door area was so peaceful. You can still see and hear the road but still feel secluded and private. Still easy to get to towns when needing to stop at a store or restaurant. The only complaint was the grill has seen better days but if you arnt planning on grilling this is a perfect place to get away! We definitely want to return in the future! Thank you for letting us use your cabin to celebrate!

My husband and I first booked this a few years ago as our "mini-moon." It was such a great experience that we decided to go every year for our anniversary. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and the cabin itself is perfect and decorated so nicely. We love being able to take a break from everything for a few days and sit around the fire, or even relax in the hot tub while just enjoying the sounds of nature. We have found so many different shops and restaurants to go to over the stays we have had here and we just absolutely love the location. The cherry on top is Barb being so kind! We hope to be able to make many more memories here in the years to come.

I can not say enought how amazing and beautiful this place is. I was looking for something quiet and kinda secluded for my fiancée and I (we are both workaholics) to just relax and reset. Barbs place did just that! The decor is so cute and I fell in love with all the rustic lighting. There is so much privacy and if you are needing to socialize, there are so many places in all directions to go and visit. I personally have to recommend Bradleys of Sterling restaurant. Its got the older diner feel but food was so good! We will definitely be booking this cabin again soon! Thank you again Barb for sharing your gorgeous cabin with us!!

Great site. Sits back from the road. Front porch has a line trees partially obscuring the main road. Lots of space to relax. Tv system was easy to work. Owner was very responsive. Only reason I have a 4 on cleanliness is the vaulted ceiling need dusting. But all the usable space was nice. Outdoor lighting is great for ambiance.

Barbara has a beautiful cabin. Loved the hanging lights in the backyard. We arrived at night in and it was so cute to be welcomed by such warm lights welcoming us in. The hot tub, fireplace, and board games were great! Only complaint is it could have been a little bit cleaner (just needed more dusting and vacuuming of dead bugs in the window sills -but I imagine that's what happens in a cabin; I'm used to the city). Overall a fantastic time and Barbara is a friendly host!

We booked this for our 7th wedding anniversary and we had a great time. It was so relaxing and the cabin was beautiful. We were able to hike behind the cabin, see the sunrise, and drive through the countryside. The game room in the basement was a definite bonus!! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Peaceful, secluded cabin. Loved sitting with friends around a fire outside. The creek is quite a steep climb and I can imagine the water fall would be great with more water. Delighted that coffee was provided. The hostess is super friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay.

The Cabin was awesome, the hottob was lovely, the fire pit and creek were excellent. I was suprised by the basement, and I actually had a lot of fun playing ping pong. The only negatives were the road had a little more traffic noise than I would have preferred, and the cabin was only about 100 yards away from the road. I would happily stay there again.

My wife and I spent our 4th weekend at the cabin, and each stay has been better than the one before. The location is excellent, the house is out of this world amazing, everything is perfect. Our family stayed here for a 4 night vacation. Cold and snowy April weather at the start of our week forced us to hang out inside with the fireplace and movies going. By the end of our trip, we were able to take full advantage of the beautiful back patio/hot tub/fire pit. It was very enjoyable to hang out and relax back there after our daily excursions around the area. This cabin was the perfect place for us to stay!

This cabin is the most beautiful, peaceful weekend retreat. The hot tub was inviting and oh so relaxing. The trail behind the cabin down to the waterfall was a cute little adventure. Inside the cabin had everything we needed—including slippers and robes. The gas fireplace was perfect for our chilly evenings. The location is great—it’s 15 min from some great restaurants and the distillery in Wooster while being so private in the woods. Looking forward to making future memories here.

This property is a little over 2 hours away for us but it is well worth the drive! We stayed here after getting married and it was absolutely perfect. It was clean and decorated beautifully. Just the most charming little place. Barb was quick to respond to any messages and very friendly. We had such a wonderful time here that we want to make it a yearly trip on our anniversary!

My wife and I really enjoyed our time here - the cabin made for a great "base of operations" as we explored the area. Lots of great little finds to discover nearby, or the peace and quiet of the cabin could be a great reason to stay here, too (though we never felt like we were alone - the chipmunks made sure of that). Barb's communication was great and we never wanted for anything. Highly recommend!
