About this apartment rental

This is a beautifully furnished condo in beautiful setting with a pond complete with resident ducks, and if you listen carefully you can hear Plum Creek running on the back edge of the property. It features a large garden tub/Jacuzzi in the master bathroom, huge wooden furnished deck overlooking the pristine grounds that guests sip their wine on at night while listening to the outside stereo speakers and counting the stars. There is a barbecue pit for grilling in the back yard and a complete kitchen and all the requirements for making a gourmet meal inside. Perfect for visiting family or friends, temporary company/corporate employees or consultants in lieu of a hotel/motel room.

We were in town to attend my granddaughter's first communion and a lacrosse tournament my grandson was playing in. We needed extra space since my son's house could not sleep all of us comfortably. This facility was only a 9 minute drive from his house and meet all or our needs.

Started the stay by having to contact the property manager to get check in information only 48 hours before our arrival. When we arrived, there was food stains on the kitchen table and chairs. In the kitchen, coffee maker, sink drain, and dish drainer were either dirty or had soap scum on them, which was upsetting after having to pay a cleaning fee that was not completed. The TV had smudges all over it. The outside furniture is run down, which was a disappointment as we had hoped to spend the evening out there enjoying the view. The location is the best thing about this property. When the property manager was contacted about our issues, we were condescendingly told to find a hotel. The photos are outdated and do not cover most of the property. He also blamed other renters for the run down appearance, but if he cared about the property so would the renters.
