About this house rental
Convenient & comfortable place for fun & relaxation. One-floor ranch with ramp entry makes for easy access. A low threshhold shower also converts to a full tub. Doorways are min 29 in. Enjoy all that Medina offers in events, restaurants, and shopping plus easy access to other NE Ohio destinations. 8 blocks from Medina's historic town square. House is clean & comfortable with outdoor space on a quiet street. Parking for up to 4 cars and up to 2 pets are welcome.
Living room offers comfy seating, 65" big screen TV with streaming services (Roku, Tubi, etc.), and a variety of books and games. Dining table with seating for 8, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and full bath all on main floor. One small step down takes you to the "play room" with kids toys and bumper pool/poker table. In the basement is the laundry area with included washer & dryer use and a 2nd full bath with 4 ft. shower.
