Check in was simple and the house was clean but there was a strong smell of smoke when we walked into the house. Was a little better once we got the air conditioner on but it still lingered. Also, the two bedrooms were supposed to have queen size beds according to the website listing but they were double beds. We were only there really to sleep so the house and stay was ok for that.

When we first arrived the gras was more then 8 inches high, shrubs blocked some of the door way, what we found was a place in need of attention. Many things needed fixing and replacement. Owner did tell us after we were there that a party had taken place previously. It was not ready to be rented again without repair. Disappointed.

Overall, was a good stay for what I paid. House was not the cleanest, still some minor trash under the bed, and spiders in many corners of all the rooms. Garage door was inoperable. Reached out to the host, with pictures, and didn't get any response. Overall a decent experience, worked for what I needed.

The house was pretty but it looked like the host did a bare minimum cleaning after the other guests left. The floors were very visibly dirty the toilets and showers were not fully cleaned.

We were mistakenly using the wrong door code. The property manager arrived promptly and was very polite. The house had everything we needed for our fishing trip on Lake Erie. Quiet neighborhood with anything you need right down the road.

We had a group of 5 adults and had an excellent and relaxing stay. Easy to get to and easy to travel to and from downtown. Great communication and the place was neat and clean. No complaints, would stay again.

Do not stay here! The pictures online make this house look pristine. It is dirty! The floors were so dirty my daughters socks we black on the bottom & all the property manager wanted to know is if we had pictures of them. We did have pictures of the one & only dirty/moldy smoke detector, the broken dryer door, the broken dining room chair, the disgusting shower. We had to wash the pans & dishes before using because they had food bits still on them. They definitely don’t have this property professionally cleaned & they never offered any compensation. This was our first time using VRBO & probably our last!

This place was pretty OK. The beds were a bit cheap and rickety, a lot of things seemed not in great shape, but it was fine for what we needed it for. Host never replied to our messages in the VRBO app until after our stay.

We arrived only to find out the floors were dirty and there were no towels or cleaning supplies of any kind except for hand soap. We asked the owner for some towels and there was no response. We are still waiting. We had to buy cleaner as the place was dirty. The master bathroom toilet did not flush at first but we were able to get it working if we ran the sink water for a while first. Again, asked the owner for some help without response. The beds were comfortable and the tv was great.

I booked this house and when we arrive the home was in complete disarray. There were bags of trash in kitchen and dining room. Liquor bottles on the counter dirty clothes on the couch. The rooms were filthy and stuff all over the place. Tried to contact the owner by text, chat and phone to no avail. I needed up have to stay in a hotel. VRBO was helping and has great customer service, however, the owner seems to be nonexistent

Great communication and suggestions on what to do in the area! The place was super clean, and it looks exactly like the pictures. It included everything that description states, and more. We were very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Very close to the airport, and also to the freeway right to downtown which was convenient. Definitely booking again on our next visit :)

When we arrived on property the temperature in house was 59 degrees. We set the thermostat to 72 but no heat was coming from registers and nothing we did changed the temp. After trying for an hour to reach host without success we called VRBO for help. Finally after many attempts, we were offered another location at 25% discount. Decided to leave property for a nearby hotel instead. Did receive full refund from VRBO.

The house was completely different from the photos we had seen on the website On arrival the garden was overgrown, the bins were over flowing , Inside the house was dirty ,i changed the bedclothes, washed all the surfaces . We were so shocked to think,this is what we had paid for . We had family staying close by and they kindly took alot of our rubbish, they couldn't believe the state of the house. There was no kettle ,some plates were chipped ,the fridge was making alot of sound The wash machine and drier was unbelievable, it was just like a plane taken off The showers were so ,so Whoever owns this house you seriously need to clean it up and lots of TLC Worse place ever

Here is what was good: Comfortable king bed Here is what needs improvement: The odor when we opened the door to check in smelled of urine. The house was warm and stuffy. My thought was if i could get the AC running it would clear the urine odor out. When i adjusted the thermostat from 78 to 72, there was barely any air flow coming from the vents. I made sure the vents were open. However, the odor actually got worse. I think it was coming from under the house. The house wouldn't cool off. I checked the thermostat again. It was set to 78. AGAIN, I adjusted it to 72. I sent a message to the owners. They said the reading was cooling the house. I had to adjust the thermostat several times. We brought our own fan and tried to sleep. By 2:30 am the urine odor kept waking me up. We notified the owners again. We started looking for another place to stay. My husband took a shower with no hot water, only barely warm. The fridge needed to be cooler so i adjusted the knob. The fridge made horrible noises but did work. The master bedroom had nowhere to put luggage or clothing. The closet wasn't finished. They left 1 small pillow on a king bed. The washer worked but made terrible noises. Some of the kitchen cabinet doors didnt have any knobs. The overall appearance was half done. We're requesting a refund since we checked out after the first night.

Well it looks as if the owners took care of all past guest issues, because this house is absolutely fantastic! It has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Extremely clean, nice big TV on the wall with all the wires hidden, beautiful kitchen and big long countertops, super comfy beds and couches, fast Wi-Fi, garage, and fenced yard for pets and kids. Nice of amenities like lots of towels and quality coffee. And literally right by the airport made which made everything convenient for me and the family. Loved the fact that we saw lots of neighbors walking around on the sidewalks. Seems very safe and loved the community vibe. Definitely coming back when we return to Cleveland.

Where do I begin! WE ENDED UP STAYING AT A HOTEL THE LAST TWO NIGHTS. First impression was yard had not been cut for several weeks, dead plants, bushes overgrown. Moving to the inside apparently the last time it was painted no one used a drop cloth so there are paint splatters all over. The sheets on the king bed had pills all over and needed to be thrown away. We only saw one set of hand towels. Don't know how much we should include but the kitchen was a disaster. Only 2 glasses, 3 spoons, 3 forks, 2 pots. There is a microwave and a coffee maker, plates and bowls and coffee mugs. I hate to give such a low rating but there are a lot of other details too many to list. On the positive side, the host was very apologetic and was very quick to contact us. Please give me a call for more details.

Our recent stay at this property was far from what we expected, and we want to share the details of our disappointing experience in simpler terms. When we first walked into the property, it smelled really bad, like a lot of dogs had been there. It hit us right away. We also noticed mold in the washing machine, and there was dog hair all over the place – on the vents and almost every surface. The bathroom was super dirty, and even the couches in the living room were not clean. The refrigerator was in bad shape too. To make matters worse, we had to call in cleaners multiple times to try and make the place somewhat decent. They even used some special machine to get rid of the strong dog smell, but it didn't work. We booked the place for nine days, and the bad smell never went away. This was a big problem because my daughter and wife are allergic to pet dander and hair. So it was really disappointing. New linen was bought by the host, but there was still dog hair present in the sheets. The property looked nothing like the pictures we saw when we booked it. Besides the dog hair in the beds and the bad smell, there were no window screens for fresh air, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. It took over two hours on the phone and a lot of back-and-forth emails just to get told to contact the host. We were promised a refund for our stay and some money to cover the cost of booking a hotel because of the mess.
