Best of all is the prime location. Just 10 mins from the airport and under 20 mins from Downtown CLE, easily access all the area has to offer. Walk to nearby favorites like Ridge Park Square or Polish Village restaurants, or venture out to see the attractions such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, stadiums, museums, parks, markets and more!
This wonderful solid brick home is centrally located in a lovely, walkable community of Parma, Ohio. With over 1800 square feet between the first and second floors, the spacious yet cozy interior can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. There is a kitchen stocked with essentials, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The 3rd bedroom with bonus office space is located upstairs on the second floor. Each of the three bedrooms have queen beds and there is plenty of seating in the living room.The second bathroom and laundry are located downstairs in the finished basement.
The home is equipped with high-speed internet, wi-fi, smart TVs, modern appliances, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cooking essentials, towels, toiletries, a tuned piano and assorted sundries.
