About this apartment rental
THE APARTMENT
Finely and completely renovated, with fine finishes and equipped with every comfort, it is located on the first floor of a building of 1700. It bordered by the magnificent library of the Oblate the place you really must visit.
It consists of an entrance, a luxurious bathroom patron with very wide shower, laundry with washing machine and accessories, a living area with kitchen area equipped with all appliances (microwave, induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso ), a large and bright double bedroom with en suite, a twin room with private wardrobe. In the living room is a sofa bed for two more people. All rooms have a large window (the master bedroom both) with views of the main street, bright. The bathrooms and all the rooms are illuminated with LED technology. It 'also equipped with air conditioning Daikin-art facility in every room, smart TV in the living room and in the bedroom, free access to wi-fi. The house enjoys a primary air recirculation system that guarantees the maximum comfort in all seasons. The project has provided the highest level of energy conservation and natural materials and low environmental impact. The floors are wood, wooden windows with double glazing. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.

L 'apartment is in a neighborhood close to the Duomo (300 m.) Residential, so it is quiet at night and lively during the day. Within walking distance you will find everything you need. In the morning at the nearby San Lorenzo Market you can find fruits, vegetables, meats, bakeries, banks, supermarkets, restaurants and shops typical Tuscan.
Less than 400 meters you are in front of the dell 'Accademia Museum (David by Michelangelo), in another 300 meters in Piazza Duomo and Baptistry, Piazza S. Annunziata S, Uffizi Gallery, Piazza Santa Maria Novella station, the famous shopping street luxurious Via Tornabuoni. At 300 meters the beautiful new Museo dell'Opera del Duomo. The Teatro della Pergola is just 100 meters where you can follow performances of plays in winter. And if you tire of its central location allows you to go home for a short break or a nap.
Well served by public transport, but since Florence is a small city you can easily walk everywhere.
It is easy to reach on foot or by bus to the Fortezza da Basso where is played the Pitti Uomo and exhibitions of all kinds ..

Opera 19 exceeded our expectations. The heating was on when we arrived which was so cozy and welcoming. The apartment was extremely clean, large rooms and great bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and a good laundry. Had trouble working the dryer as it was a washer/dryer. The owner had a folder of things to do. Couldn’t fault the apartment. The street was a bit noisy as it’s not we are use to. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Had trouble with the key when we arrived as there were 4 internal locks. Worked it out in the end. Thank you. We enjoyed Florence..

Apartment is located within the centre of Florence, easy walk to Michelangelo’s
David and even easier walk to the Duomo. Close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again when we return to Florence and will highly recommend to anyone we know visiting this amazing city. The “I Like Market” located right beside the front door is the perfect shop for anything you need.

Very nice accommodations in great area, close to do many things and good restaurants and shopping. The Apartment was excellent snd Carlos was very responsive to our questions! Even helped us fix a broken suitcase!! We willlook for this VRBO next trip to Firenze!

Carlo, our host, was extremely responsive and made our vacation easy. The apartment was extremely clean! Everything seemed newly renovated and is nicely decorated. The location was very close to the Duomo and within a 20 minute walk of the entire city. Anytime I reached out to Carlo, he responded immediately. For all of those reasons, I would highly recommend this vacation rental.
