The good: the house is comfortable - beds, couches, pillows, linens, and blankets. This all makes a huge difference in a home! Kitchen has most things you need. The house is spacious. Plenty of clean and spacious bathrooms, which is a plus for small children after the beach. Beautiful screened in porch which was so comfortable and such a nice way to relax mid day or in the evening. We would definitely stay again! The cons: navigating through vacasa is a bit annoying because you don't get a response back right away, I think my first response took two hours to get. They didn't have a clothing iron and instead of apologizing and helping us get one or suggesting a store nearby to purchase, they simply responded"no iron in the house." That's fine, but I found it to be a bit rude and not helpful. We were traveling for a wedding and didn't have our steamer so had to travel with our clothing iron. Location is not far from the beach, but no outdoor shower. There is a hose hook up, but no hose, and pretty sure the outdoor first floor area is a pee pad for the owners' dog, but we were happy just to use the second floor outdoor patio. The first floor bathroom had bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but my husband said they were empty. Not all places have this amenity, but if you're going to off it good to check that sort of thing. No check out instructions listed, which was confusing. Overall a lovely stay and perfect for families.

We stayed here for a week and loved the space, privacy, and outdoor areas in this home! Less than a 10 min drive from the beach or other areas in Rehoboth for rainy days. Plenty of towels and beach chairs provided.

Spacious, well decorated and stocked, clean, comfortable beds. Appreciated early check-in and ease in checking in and out! Lots of fun games available for friends/family, great screened in porch, not far from beach. Would rent again!
