Beautiful and spacious Rehoboth Beach home offering four bedrooms and three bathrooms on two levels, comfortably sleeping eight guests. This stunning home features approximately 2,700 square feet of living space, tastefully decorated and designed for families to spread out and relax.
The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, with a gorgeous gourmet kitchen that includes high-end appliances, a breakfast island, and an eat-in area. The formal dining room seats eight guests. The primary suite is located on the main level and offers a queen bed and a luxurious spa-style bathroom with a double vanity and oversized shower. Two additional bedrooms, a full hall bathroom, laundry area with HE washer and dryer, and spacious living and dining areas complete the first level.
Upstairs, you'll find a second family room, another bedroom with a queen bed, and a full hall bath—perfect as a private guest retreat or kids' hangout space. Additional features include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, free Wi-Fi, a gas and charcoal grill, a two-car garage, and private parking for up to four vehicles.
LOCATION:Nestled in The Grande at Canal Pointe, one of Rehoboth Beach's most desirable communities, this home is just two miles from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and the ocean, east of Route 1, and close to Tanger Outlets, restaurants, and shops. The community offers two pools, two clubhouses, fitness centers, tennis and basketball courts, a playground, and beautifully landscaped walking paths. The Junction and Breakwater Bike Trail is conveniently located right across from the community entrance, providing easy access to downtown Rehoboth and Lewes.
PARKING:Private driveway accommodates up to four cars, with additional overflow parking available throughout the community. Street parking is not permitted.
THINGS TO KNOW:Linens are not included, but a linen rental package is available. Reservations are accepted for seven nights or longer. Outdoor surveillance is present for security. No pets and no smoking permitted.

Nice home in great location for friends on a late- season beach trip! Plenty of space to spread out & socialize. Close to beach, town, shopping, parks, trails, gym, restaurants. Aside from the prmary bedroom, bedrooms are scanty - no mirrors, tv, seating, alarm clock (small rm had no dresser). Online description mentioned small appliances - the kitchen is beautiful, large with essentials (ovens, fridge, microwave as well as coffee maker & toaster) but no other less-essential small appliances like beater or blender.
One thing out of our host's control was that there were some questionable cleaning issues easily remedied but unexpected - toilets all had mildew, a bath mat was black with mildew, bathroom sinks needed buffed out, a blanket was found under a bed with dust & candy wrappers.... nothing harmful, just annoying.
Overall nice, practical place to stay for visitors on the go but not luxurious.

This house was perfect! We had 7 adults staying at our busiest time and less throughout the week - there was tons of room for us to spread out but large communal areas when we wanted to be together. The proximity to the beach and downtown Rehoboth was great - only a few minutes drive or bike ride but far enough out that it was quiet. Had a small issue to report at the start of our stay and both the owner and realty company were extremely helpful in guiding us to a solution. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pools in the development were also great.
