Nestled between the forest and the ocean, in the Grenettes neighborhood, just 5 minutes from the tourist town of Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, treat yourself to this complex of two brand-new vacation rentals (available as a whole or separately) on a wooded 2,000 m² lot, enclosed, with no neighbors directly across, and featuring a secure swimming pool heated from June through September, offered by Dominique & Jean-Luc.
Two cozy and very comfortable cottages, each 50 m², located at garden level, ideal for 4 people per cottage.
The property is enclosed and features lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a barbecue available for use, as well as private outdoor patios, tables, and chairs.
Weekly rentals are available depending on availability.
Pets are not allowed.
The premises are entirely non-smoking.
Separate entrance to the accommodations with private parking shared by both cottages, accessible via a code.

We had a lovely stay here, shared the two gites with another family. Garden was ideal with the kids and the pool was great and ideal with the fence around it. We had a bbq one night too.The location is very quiet and a small cycle to local beach or bakery in St Marie and about 15-20 mins to other nearby villages like St Martins which made exploring easy for the soutern end of the island. We rented bikes from beach bikes on a nearby campsite which is a 700 m walk away.Hosts were very friendly and accomodating once we arrived. Kitchen was clean and pretty well equipped. The gite was warm in the evenings and mosquitos prevented us from having the windows open which is something to consider. Hope to return again.

This was our second stay With Dominique! We are a small family (2 parents & 2 young children) and we really enjoyed our second stay in this location! Its such a nice property and our kids love the pool too. Dominique is a great host and a very kind person too.
